Diva Coffee Break Design Color Challenge #186

Welcome back for another exciting day and a great challenge. Today is the official check in day for Stampin' Up!'s annual convention. This is an exciting time for demonstrators and there are always great announcements made during convention, and the general session starts on Thursday morning, so be sure to keep in touch with your demonstrator!
This we hope we are successful in Tempting you (Turquoise), to enjoy a yummy fruit salad of Pear Pizzazz and Melon Mambo and along with your Early Espresso today. Check out the great samples from our Diva's and play along with us.

Featured Artists- a catch up!

Good day ladies! I've got a very special post for today... special because I'll be announcing not one, not two but THREE Featured Artists!! WOOHOO!! Does all the fanfare make up for the fact that I've fallen behind in posting these each week?
Krista nailed the texture and accessories with this lovely card! The new Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions folder adds the perfect elegant touch to her art. The die cut and embossed butterflies and Scallop Trim border punch work so nicely with the overall feel of the Vintage Vogue stamp set.
Just look at Kris' bold and graphic way she put these colors together! And she rocks her Big Shot using different dies and even the awesome Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions Folder! For even MORE texture she added not only buttons but also scoring lines on the outside edges as well.
Summer is a very busy time for most of us and even though sometimes we fall behind on our Featured Artist posts or even our weekly challenge samples, we are SO grateful that YOU play along with our challenges week after week! It has gotten increasingly hard to choose our Featured Artist each week with all your talent and creativity you share with us!

We know how you feel, we all love that Beautiful Wings Embosslit too! And I just adore how Melissa used the trailing butterflies as her diagnal line for the sketch! The combination of clouds and grass from Inspired by Nature make a serene backdrop for one of my favorite sentiments too!

Woo hoo! It is a Wednesday Challenge day here at the Diva Blog and today we have a sketch challenge for you. Happy Wednesday Morning Stampers! Stampin' Up! launched the newest Idea Book and Catalog just last Thursday. What a fabulous idea book is is this time.
